"Learning culture takes time".
-Ken Bauer.

After watching the hangout Week2 Video I liked to see what happened with some teachers after they offer the more than one choice to evaluate or to demonstrate knowledge about something.
Students feel comfortable with instructions.
Learn from mistakes.
Culture of continuous improvement a continuous learning culture.
Most students like options to show their efforts and to show what they have learned.
Make the work of the students visible. Visibility is very important, but some students are afraid to post something, talking about blogs, and that limits them to share their ideas.
It doesn´t matter how many likes do you have. The comments are more important. To start a conversation is more important.

Flipping the meeting.
About the TedXVideo...
The school doesn't promote an integral development. Well, not the traditional one.
Education is about being creative, doing things differently, it's about community and helping each other, it's about being happy and healthier

We started this work week with the next two ideas to reflect on:
  • Do I give students opportunities to engage in meaningful activities without the teacher being central?
  • Do I scaffold these activities and make them accessible to all students through differentiation and feedback?
--------------

Varias actividades ejecutándose al mismo tiempo. Diferentes actividades, diferentes rúbricas, difernetes estilos de trabajo

Estas ideas me han estado dando vuelta:

Alternativas:
